Finca Marés

01
Context
Finca Marés is a traditional Mallorcan country house reimagined on a rocky headland, its honey-colored marés and rubble-stone walls rising directly from the coastal rock. Timber shutters, hand-laid tile roofs and the deep shade of a stone porch belong to a building language centuries old.
02
Visual Direction
Outdoor life gathers at the seaward edge, where an infinity pool sits flush with the cliff. Within the thick walls lies the finca's cool, quiet heart: a barrel-vaulted spa pool carved in marés stone, lit by arched niches and timber beams. Old stone and still water give the house its rooted serenity.
